ABout Vader

Vader is a striking, solid black male who epitomises strength, intelligence, and composure in both structure and temperament. A confident, self-assured, and calm dog, Vader embodies the hallmark versatility of the German Shepherd Dog, equally at home in the show ring, working arena, or assisting his handler in daily life.

With over ten titles earned across three disciplines, Vader has proven himself to be a true all rounder. His trainability, clarity of mind, and unwavering focus are a testament to his remarkable intelligence and willingness to work. Beyond his achievements, Vader serves as an Assistance Dog, demonstrating the exceptional steadiness, empathy, and intuitive nature that set him apart.

Physically, Vader presents as a solid, well balanced male of good type and correct proportions. His strong pigment, firm topline, and noble masculine head are complemented by his confident yet composed expression. He is a pleasure to handle, focused, responsive, and biddable, yet always maintaining that spark of self-assurance that defines true working character.

Vader’s pedigree is rich with some of the most respected and influential bloodlines in the breed. He is linebred on Fax vom Grenzgänger (4–4), a dog celebrated for his power, pigment, and exceptional working ability, and carries within his lineage names such as Cendraise Hex, Vonforell Amber, Vonforell Vocho, Vonforell Vilco, Nordenstamm Gunnar, and Warkos Anrebri (Imp. CZE). Each of these dogs has contributed to Vader’s outstanding balance of structure, temperament, and intelligence.

True to his heritage, Vader exemplifies what the German Shepherd was bred to be: courageous yet stable, intelligent yet kind, powerful yet willing to serve. Whether in the field, in the ring, or by his handler’s side, Vader continues to honour the legacy of the breed through his achievements, temperament, and heart.
